RESULTS OF THREE WORKSHOPS
The results of the three FFF Junior workshops from 2017 was presented on Monday, November 13, 2017 and the magazines will be handed to the participants by Frankfurt’s mayor Peter Feldmann.

The art educational format FFF Junior is further on the rise:
In 2017 the Fotografie Forum Frankfurt offered three holiday workshops for children and adolescents. 33 children and teenagers between 8 and 18 years old participated, also including, for the first time, a youth group from Frankfurt’s Polish partner city Krakow. Led by the art educator Lisa Weber and photographer Wolfgang Zurborn, they explored the medium of photography and the themes of the current FFF exhibitions (“ROCK.FUNK.PUNK.” and BRUNO BARBEY “PASSAGES”). They photographed themselves using the professional equipment made available by FFF’s main sponsor Olympus. The results of the young workshop participants were turned into photo magazines.
On Monday, November 13, 2017 at 3 pm the results of the three workshops was presented and the magazines will be handed to the participants by Frankfurt’s mayor Peter Feldmann.

With FFF Junior the Fotografie Forum Frankfurt continues its youth programme for the third time that was first initiated with the title “RAY JR” during the international photo triennial RAY Fotografieprojekte Frankfurt/RheinMain. The art educational format surrounding the medium of photography with the support of the Crespo Foundation, Dr. Marschner Stiftung, Metzler-Stiftung, the Rotary Club Frankfurt am Main, the city of Frankfurt am Main (mayor’s department) and the FFF sponsor Olympus.

The Fotografie Forum Frankfurt (FFF) is one of the leading centres of photography in Europe. As an exhibition space, institution and event forum the FFF deals with all aspects of photography. Since its founding in 1984 it has presented more than 260 exhibitions with historic and contemporary artists. Additionally, the programme of the FFF comprises of regular workshops, talks and discussions with internationally renowned photographers, artists and experts.
