One generation, countless perspectives: the exhibition presents works by more than 40 photographers from 25 countries primilary belonging to Generation Z, born between 1995 and 2010. Their works reflect a generation growing up between digital worlds, social transformation and global crises.
Through diverse visual languages, the young artists explore themes of identity, belonging, the body and gender. Central to the exhibition is the concept of intersectionality, highlighting how overlapping identities shape lived experience. Structured into four sections, the exhibition offers insight into the realities, concerns and aspirations of young people who creatively reflect on their world, question established narratives and develop new forms of self-understanding.

The Fotografie Forum Frankfurt presents GEN Z: SHAPING A NEW GAZE for the first time in Germany. Organised and produced by Photo Elysée Lausanne and curated by Nathalie Herschdorfer, Hannah Pröbsting and Julie Dayer, the exhibition has been adapted for FFF with the curatorial collaboration of Celina Lunsford and Andrea Horvay.
